Truck Dispatcher/Customer support executive

Full Job Description

Impulse Enterprises is looking for experienced truck dispatchers to join its dispatch department.

The primary role of the selected candidates will be providing truck dispatch services in 48 states of the US.

Following will be the duties of the selected candidates.

• Load bookings
• Provide the best route to the carrier
• Payment planning (Through factoring or quick pay)
• Negotiation of rates with the broker.
• Manage complete documentation and paperwork for the carrier.
• Provide director assistance
• Factor setup assistance
• Collection of assistance
• Guide truck drivers about timetables and setting up their routes.

Daily dinner will be provided

• It is five days (Monday to Friday) in a week full-time, onsite, night shift, office-based job.
• Job timings 05:00 pm - 02:00 am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Experience:

• truck dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
