Responsibilities:
Understand, interpret,
communicate and implement the architecture vision.
Partner with the remote team.
Perform code reviews and
analysis.
Ensure requirements and tasks are elaborated in
sufficient detail.
Communicate task assignments and team
capacity.
Ensure development team is meeting the Services
schedule deadlines.
Participate in requirements
meetings.
Understand and participate in test coverage
sessions.
Participate in bug triage.
Escalate issues to colleagues (PM, BA, other teams) as required.
Ensure decisions are documented.
Serve as first
point of contact for development issues.
Facilitate
scheduled technical team discussions, or 'tech talks'.
Work with other development leads to ensure implementations are
complementary.
Instruct the developers about the
technology or tools to be used for developing applications or
software
Technical Skills
Minimum overall
experience of 8 years required in technical skills
Requirements:
Minimum overall experience of 8 years required in technical
skills
Bachelor's degree in field related to computer
science or information systems. Advanced degree preferred.
Excellent inter-personal skills. High motivation and ability
to work with teams to meet project objectives.
Ability to
work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to meet
project deadlines and goals without management supervision.
Awareness of database design concepts, and is proficient in
general cloud environment.
