We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging social media platforms to drive sales and generate leads for our clients. As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media advertising strategies to drive sales and leads for our clients.
• Create and manage targeted advertising campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop customized social media marketing plans.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
• Generate insightful reports to track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and advertising.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Coordinate with other marketing channels to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on running ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of social media advertising principles, including targeting, bidding, and ad creative best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Experience using social media advertising tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
