Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business objectives
• Manage and maintain a presence on multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, tiktok etc.)
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness
• Monitor and respond to social media conversations and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze and report on social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, etc.) to optimize content and strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, customer service, etc.) to ensure aligned messaging and goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing social media strategies
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.)
• Certification in social media marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
