Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversion rates. The Social Media Manager will lead a team of content writers, social media executives, graphic designers, media buyers, and AI specialists to achieve company goals, with a focus on managing the social media presence of our clients and running effective ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients to achieve business objectives.
2. Lead a team of content writers, social media executives, graphic designers, media buyers, and AI specialists to execute client social media campaigns effectively.
3. Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Manage client communication and conduct regular meetings to understand their business goals, target audience, and messaging requirements.
5. Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
6. Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns for better results, and provide regular performance reports to clients.
7. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on content creation, posting schedules, and engagement tactics.
8. Identify the most suitable digital marketing platforms for each client based on their industry, target audience demographics, and campaign goals.
9. Develop long-term social media roadmaps for clients outlining key milestones, objectives, and KPIs.
10. Conduct regular performance analysis of client social media accounts and campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic adjustments.
11. Manage client budgets for social media advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum ROI.
12. Prepare detailed reports on the performance of client social media campaigns, including key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
13. Present reports to clients in a clear and actionable format, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and future recommendations.
14. Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall company goals.
15. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with AI-driven social media strategies.
- Knowledge of web development and digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with graphic design software.

Salary: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
