We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer!
Details
Pay: Market Competitive (negotiable depending on the expertise you bring to the table)
Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore (not accepting applications for remote job)
Type: Full time. Mon - Fri, in office.
Start date: ASAP

Expectations:
1. Proficient with Figma (auto-layout is a must) with up to 3 years of experience
2. Design Intuitive UI and UX and conduct user research
3. Knowledge of User-centered design principles and design systems.
4. Resourcefulness (you will need to figure a lot of stuff out on your own, like you do at a startup)
5. You are willing to dedicate a few months to learning and growing according to our requirements (and we promise to guide you to the best of our abilities)
Process:
1. First short 15-min vibe check call
2. Second Interview via Google Meet
3. Easy-peasy assignment round (it will be a paid assignment)
4. Task Debrief: We will walk you through a thorough feedback of your completed task and do a cultural fit check
5. Correspondence of email to further your candidacy within a couple of days if you’re selected or not. We don't leave people hanging!
