Full Job Description

The Senior EnterpriseAccount Manager plays a crucial role in driving strategic partnerships andachieving ambitious sales goals within our Arwen Tech. This position requires ahighly experienced and results-oriented individual with a proven track recordof success in managing complex enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate willpossess exceptional relationship-building skills, deep industry knowledge, anda strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer value

  • Expand our work in new areas ofthe client’s business through new offerings and services through approvedcontracting channels, Help originate sales opportunities and take them throughto successful closure
  • Respond to RFPs around specific,approved opportunities
  • Manages the SOW & provides statusupdates to clients for the incremental work sold
  • Work closely with the commercialdirector to report on P&L and MIS for incremental sales
  • Creating/managing Account Basedand/or industry specific marketing programs, primarily in-person events, webcasts,email campaigns and content syndication
  • Collaborate across business units(Digital, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Product Development, Go to Market),with content marketing and campaign strategists, to align around messaging,event format, and goals
  • Build and maintain C levelrelationships across lines of business to gain an understanding of businessgoals, concerns & priorities within key accounts
  • Partner with extended internalteams to build comprehensive account plans, ensuring long term customerinfluence & achievement of sales goals
  • Identify new accounts and developnew opportunities within your existing accounts

Requirements

Weekly reports andquarterly review meetings preparation are routine work, this is to becommunicated to higher management and making essential data recording system ispart of the job.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) required to successfully perform the job:

  • Knowledge: Must have a deep industry knowledge, must be motivated, highly structured and organized,
  • Skills: Familiar with Arwen’s portfolio of solutions and products. Well verse on MS Office. Strong account management and relationship building skills.
  • Abilities: Reliable, responsible, dependable, and driven to exceed sales plan. Demonstrate reasonable and sound judgment. Ability to manage and deal with Decision influencers and makers at customer organizations. Ability to present and win business cases within Arwen’s senior and top management executives.
Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification required for the position:
  • Experience: The minimum educational requirement to be a Key Account Manager is a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Engineering, or any related field, but candidates with an MBA or any advanced degree are preferred. A minimum of at least 07-10 years of experience in a related field (System Integrator) is required. Candidates with freight or more years of Sales in IT (SI) will have an edge. Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success. Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level. Highly self-motivated.
