• Blockchain Development: Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions using Solidity and Rust languages.
• Smart Contract Development: Create and deploy smart contracts on various blockchain platforms, ensuring security and efficiency.
• Protocol Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of blockchain protocols to improve scalability, security, and performance.
• DApp Development: Build decentralized applications (DApps) on blockchain platforms, integrating them with front-end interfaces for seamless user experience.
• Code Review and Testing: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices. Perform comprehensive testing of blockchain applications and smart contracts.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest developments in blockchain technology and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality blockchain solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and developer guides.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in blockchain development with proficiency in Solidity and Rust programming languages.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.
• Experience with blockchain frameworks such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, or Polkadot.
• Familiarity with smart contract development tools like Truffle, Remix, or Substrate.
• Solid understanding of web3.js, ethers.js, or similar libraries for interacting with blockchain networks.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in blockchain applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
