JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Architect will work under the direct supervision of Principal Architect (Head of Design Department), helping to prepare designs, complete construction documents, write up building plans, and assist in the presentation of materials.He/she will work under the direct supervision of Principal Architect with the goal of eventually advancing to those higher positions after additional years of experience. Senior Architect will work mostly in an office setting, although they do occasionally visit construction sites along with the team.In order to assist the project team, an Architect will coordinate the details of an architectural project including building specifications and dimensions, assisting with initial project research and outlining project schedules and tasks. Alongside others on a project team, they brainstorm project ideas, complete design drawings in AutoCAD, and assist in reviewing project proposals, remaining a part of the process from conception through development.Senior Architect will create proposals and complete construction paperwork for building projects and submit all required documents and paperwork before the construction process begins to ensure projects follow legal specifications and company procedures.An architect must be good in design the interior spaces according to the client need and have a strong portfolio to show his/her abilities in it.SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of types of building materials and construction methodsKnowledge of architecture and architectural principles and techniquesAbility to read and understand blueprints and schematics.Strong math skillsCreative aptitudeKnowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD designStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to follow directions.Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple prioritiesStrong organizational skillsDemonstrate an attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with computers, phones, and other office equipmentAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamDemonstrate strong interpersonal skills in the areas of collaboration, team participation, creative problem-solving, conflict resolution, group planning, and decision-making

EXPERTIES IN SOFTWARES

AUTO CADSKETCH-UP, 3DS MAX, LUMION, PHOTOSHOPQUALIFICATION REQUIRED:B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture), Approved by PCATP or in process of registration.JOB EXPERIENCE,Minimum 4-to-6-year Experience person in the field of Architecture required for this post.
