Need 3 Project Managers for PSS Modernization with expertise in
the below mentioned skills.

Education & Experience:
1. Degree-level education
in IT/ Science/Change management, or related discipline.
2.
Certified in PMI PMP. Having a SAFe Agile certification could be
beneficial.
3.8+ years of solid project management/delivery
experience using traditional/agile methodologies.
4.Previous
experience within the Airline Industry as an IT PM or Delivery
Manager.
5.Ability to manage multiple change initiatives in
parallel and can work effectively at all levels, quickly establishing
and then maintaining accountability and trust with
stakeholders.
6.Fluent English speaker with excellent English
writing skills.
7.Successfully delivered multiple complex
projects involving inhouse and vendor teams.
8.Experience in Agile
Delivery within the context of a large technology change
programs.
Responsibilities:
1.Directing, guiding, structuring,
and inspiring scrum teams, that are part of one or multiple
Workstream, to attain superior efficiency and quality in producing
deliverables.
2.Manage several concurrent high visibility
Workstream using agile/hybrid methods in a fast-paced environment that
may involve multiple Line of business (LOBs).
3.Serve as a
Champion by integrating conventional project management methodologies
and practices with an Agile development strategy in appropriate
measures to accommodate projects of various scale.
4.Safeguard and
offer comprehensive support to the teams, employing a servant
leadership approach whenever feasible, and setting an example. Promote
task completion through servant leadership, fostering dialogue,
decision-making, and conflict resolution.
5.Lead the Integrated
Program Iteration Planning by working with LOB teams and supporting
the Dev Leads, drive and facilitate decomposition of Epic Roadmaps
into Integrated Program backlog/plans (Features).
6.Develop
detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resources,
and deliverables for both in-house and vendor product implementation
projects.
7.Work with and help removes impediments that are out of
the scope of the Dev Leads, EA Leads and QA leads within the Project
Workstream.
8.Create a project specific Governance / Cadence to
ensure right level of monitoring and guidance from the right
stakeholders.
9.Ensure effective utilization of resources and lead
the project team towards success of the project.
10.Foster open
and clear communication channels (e.g., convey project goals,
requirements, and progress to stakeholders, team members, and Senior
Management Team)
11.Manage stakeholder expectations and
communicate project progress and updates effectively through Daily
standups, status reviews and reporting.
12.Manage project tasks
and dependencies, tracking progress and ensuring adherence to
timelines and milestones.
13.Identify potential risks and develop
mitigation strategies.
14.Proactively manage and resolve issues to
minimize project impact.
15.Monitor project costs, ensuring that
the project is delivered within the approved cost.
16.Implement
effective change controls to manage any changes that come after the
project baseline through the defined Project Change Request
process.
17.Develop and analyze project performance reports,
tracking key metrics and milestones to ensure successful project
outcomes; Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making and
adjustments.
18.Project Governance & reporting (Weekly Status
Report, Participate in Control Group Meetings, Lead Workstream Daily
Standups)
19.Preference: Airline domain knowledge & Certifications
though not mandatory.
