• Job Description:

CLV Technologies is looking for an experienced Game Project Manager to lead our highly talented game production teams. You will lead and manage the daily work of your dedicated game teams, be responsible for the creation of your assigned games, from concepts to launch.
Your responsibilities will focus on making sure that your team delivers state-of-the-art games. You’ll develop and maintain effective relationships with your team members, ensure that games are delivered in time and on budget, manage risks, issues and changes, and suggest processes improvements.

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the game productions in your dedicated teams, managing multiple games, across all phases of production.
• Work with the Game Producer to create and maintaining the game related documentations including the high level design schematics, game design document (GDD), and detailed game specification document (GSD).
• Liaison with Lead Game Artists, Art Directors, Mathematicians, Game Producers, and the Quality Assurance to ensure the game is produced according to the agreed vision.
• Manage your team daily tasks, back-logs, sprints, reviews, following our workflow and processes.
• Track all tasks for creating assets, code, and deliverables for a game to make sure it’s delivered on time per our game pipeline schedule and milestone deliveries.
• Liaise with the Technical Lead to facilitate post-mortems, feedback sessions, and team gameplay sessions aimed at improving the game and ensuring quality.
• Use Leantime to measure the team performance and resource capacity ensuring that team output is always optimal.
• Deliver games on time and on budget, by optimizing the team development process and performance.
• Research, play, and study concerned games to stay up-to-date with market trends and competition.
• Requirements:
• 4+ years as a Project Manager, Production Coordinator, or Technical Coordinator within the wider gaming industry, i.e. anything from PC gaming to mobile to consolegames.
• Great understanding of games in general.
• Strong track-record of managing project teams with successful production of games or projects.
• Understanding game development, with focus on optimizing games for all platforms, both regarding file size and performance.
• Highly organized, experienced in running multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlines.
• Passionate in whatever you do and want to make a difference in the gaming Industry.
• Experience with Project Management Softwares.
• Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership attitude and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to adapt.
• Nice to Have:
• Lead the game productions in your dedicated teams, managing multiple games, across all phases of production.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and stay abreast of gaming trends and developments/standards.
• Good knowledge of the sticky factor of games.
• Fluent English and Urdu.
• The role will be on site.
• Preference will be given for candidates with experience in developing games.
