S. Zia-Ul-Haq & Sons is looking for a Project Manager (Costing Specialist) !

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, considering all relevant factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project budgets and ensure alignment with organizational financial goals.
• Continuously monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures as needed to keep projects within budgetary constraints.
• Conduct thorough financial analyses to assess project feasibility and profitability, providing insights to support decision-making processes.
• Generate regular reports on project financial performance, highlighting variances between budgeted and actual costs, and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
• Communicate financial information effectively to project teams and senior management, facilitating transparency and informed decision-making.
• Identify potential risks and uncertainties related to project costing, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of cost fluctuations and external factors on project outcomes, ensuring proactive risk management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project sponsors, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment of project costing with stakeholder expectations.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating open communication and addressing concerns proactively.

Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 4 to 5 year experience required.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on project costing and financial management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and cost estimation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
