Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled "OD Specialist" to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization development initiatives of our Textile Digital Printing sector. The specialist will work closely with the department's leadership team to ensure that organizational goals and objectives are met through effective people management strategies and programs.
Location: Faisalabad (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic people management programs for the textile digital department, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address organization development needs and opportunities.
- Conduct assessments of current organizational structures, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement change management initiatives to support the organization's growth and development.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Collaborate with HR to ensure that policies and procedures are in place to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that organizational development initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
- To develop new SOPs, policies, JDs, and documents as per best standards
Age up to 35 years
Minimum of 5 years of experience in organization development or related field.
Strong knowledge of organization development principles and best practices.
Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
Strong project management skills.
OD related certificates required
