Full Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager Digital and Print Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest digital marketing trends, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience implementing successful digital campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and execute print marketing campaigns across various channels. The Manager Digital and Print Marketing will play a key role in developing and executing digital and print strategies to enhance our online and physical presence and achieve targeted relevant inquires objectives.

Responsibilities:

Digital & Print Marketing Strategy:

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital and print marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.

· Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube advertising, to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.

· Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in print marketing techniques.

Campaign Management:

· Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

· Plan and execute print marketing campaigns including campus branding, outreach programs, distribution, brochures/Flyers printing, streamers, hording, bill boards etc.

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Content Creation and Management:

· Oversee the creation and management of engaging content for both digital and print marketing, including social media posts, Reels, blogs, and multimedia materials.

· Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

SEO and SEM:

· Develop and implement effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies, including Google Ads, to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.

· Monitor and analyze website performance using relevant tools.

Social Media Management:

· Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

· Create and curate engaging content, foster community engagement, and respond to social media inquiries.

Analytics and Reporting:

· Utilize analytics tools, including those for Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram, to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives.

· Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Budget Management:

· Draft budget planning and allocation for both digital and print marketing initiatives, with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and print marketing campaigns. Get the budget approved from line Manager/Director.

· Optimize spending to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

Collaboration:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content to create compelling print materials and ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

· Manage the production process of print materials, including liaising with vendors and graphic designers.

Market Research:

· Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights for both digital and print marketing.

· Utilize data, including insights from Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram, to make informed decisions and drive marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience of 4-5 years in digital and print marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy.

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram advertising.

· Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media management, and analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Digital and Print Marketing: 4 years (Preferred)
