PFB, the JD for the position and its requirements.

• Follow all rules, policies and procedures of e-TeleQuote Insurance, Inc., along with state and federal regulations pertaining to insurance licensure and appointment.

• Be comfortable working alone and independent to accomplish tasks to assure an efficient and smooth administration of licensure procedures.

• Assists with evaluating new agent license portfolios before new license applications are submitted

• Submits address changes on NIPR for new and existing agents

• Collects and maintains records of Notarized documents

• Submits documents to AL & GA states as needed upon submission of new license applications

• Monitors new license approvals and additions into the Licensing Database by collaborating with Colleagues and running reports

• Maintains Terminated Employee list for Release notifications

• Submits Release notifications to Carriers, upon employee Termination and maturity of Release Hold period

• May also assist with document uploads to NIPR and compiling of monthly renewal reports.

• Perform related duties and responsibilities as requested by the line manager / General Counsel.

The required Skills and Qualifications are:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Call center experience preferred.

• Knowledgeable in CMS and Health Care reform rules and regulations a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

• Microsoft Excel knowledge and understanding

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Pay: From Rs90,000.00 per month
