Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify
potential clients, market trends, and competitors. Generate
high-quality leads through various channels, including online research
like Linkedin, networking events, and cold outreach. Initiate contact
with prospects to understand their needs, present our
products/services, and establish rapport. Build and maintain strong,
long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat
business. Understand client requirements and collaborate with the
sales team to create tailored solutions. Assist the sales team in
managing the sales pipeline and CRM database. Track and report on
sales activities, deal progress, and success rates. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development,
to align business strategies and achieve common goals.
