Job Description
As an IT software sales representative, your job duties include
1) Sell our software globally.
2) Answering questions from clients before and after purchase and providing a demonstration of the software to ensure it fits each client’s needs.
3) Achieve sales goals
4) Build relationship with clients
5) You spend a majority of your time on the phone with customers to land a sale and maintain client happiness.
6) Handling client’s day to day queries.
7) Working on new clients to follow up, to increase sales.
8) MUST be able to exhibit strong verbal communication
9) Excellent English communication skills (writing and verbal)
10) Must be a team player
11) Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
1) Exceptional at building relationships with clients, employees and candidates through EXCELENT ENGLISH written and verbal communication.
2) Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
3) Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
4) Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software.
