Full Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide timely and effective support to clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues as needed.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to diagnose and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems for clients.
- Set up and configure client hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist clients with software installations, updates, and license management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues for clients accessing network resources or using remote access tools.
- Document all client interactions and technical issues in the help desk ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff or appropriate teams for resolution.
- Communicate with clients proactively to provide status updates on ongoing technical issues and ensure client satisfaction.Job Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Requirements:
·Proven experience in a client-facing technical support role or help desk environment.
·Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
·Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
·Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, and common business applications.
·Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and remote access tools.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
·Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client issues simultaneously.
·Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; additional certifications in related IT fields are advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
