Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
• Defining, executing, and monitoring the Company’s Strategic Business Plan.
• Aligning the Company’s sales, supply chain, operations, HSE, organization structure, finances,
processes and procedures to ensure efficient attainment of the Business Plan goals.
• Setting targets for the Sales teams, reviewing patterns in consumer and market behavior, pricing
trends, competitor moves, etc., and defining data-driven action strategies to consistently
maximize sales, supply chain efficiency, and profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with the Company’s policies, legal, regulatory, statutory and reporting
requirements
• Retaining constant awareness of the Company’s financial position, sales, expenses, cash flows, lines of credit, receivable and payables, etc., and act to prevent problems
• Managing relationships with shareholders, regulatory bodies, competitors, business partners and
other external stakeholders, promoting the Company’s interests and reputation.
• Exercising strict financial, operational, and managerial control of the Company’s assets optimizing
their utilization.

Qualifications: MBA/Chartered Accountant/ Engineer
Experience: 20 years experience in the Lubricants division of which at least 5 years should be in a
leadership position with an organization with a nationwide presence.
Salary Range:700k
