WeareseekingadedicatedFinanceOfficertojoinourfinanceteam.TheFinanceOfficerwillplay a pivotal role inmanagingfinancialtransactions,maintainingaccuraterecords,andensuringcompliance withfinancialpoliciesandregulations.Theidealcandidateshouldhaveastrongattentiontodetail, excellentorganizationalskills,andasolidunderstandingoffinancialprinciples.
Responsibilities:- Processandrecordfinancialtransactions,includingaccountspayableandaccountsreceivable entries.
- Managingthebudget,preparefinancialreports,andensurethatallfinancialtransactionsare conductedlegallyandethically.
- Prepareandverifyfinancialdocumentssuchasinvoices,bills,andreceipts.
- Assistinthepreparationoffinancialreports,budgets,andforecasts.
- Monitorandtrackexpenses,highlightingdiscrepanciesandrecommendingcost-saving measures.
- Ensurecompliancewithfinancialregulationsandcompanypolicies.
- Respondtofinancialinquiriesandprovideinformationtointernalandexternalstakeholders.
- Mediating tax refunds and ensuring transparency in the allocation for valid claims.
- Following up on outstanding refunds, false claims, and unclaimed refunds.
- Providing auditors with all records, documents, and files about VAT returns, VAT settlements, and transactional data.
- Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoensurefinancialdataaccuracyandconsistency.
- Stayupdatedonfinancialregulations,accountingprinciples,andbestpractices.
- Workcloselywithotherdepartments,suchasprocurement,sales,oroperations,togather financialinformation,supportfinancialdecision-making,andprovidefinancialinsights. Develop effectivecommunicationandcollaborationskills.
- Prepare various monthly reports to analyse business financial health, including sales reports, profit and loss statements, general ledger entries, goods received notes, and goods issued notes.
- BComand1to2yearsofexperienceinfinancialroles,withapreferenceforexperienceinaccountingor finance.
- Solidunderstandingoffinancialprinciples,accountingconcepts,andfinancialreporting standards.
- ProficiencyinusingfinancialsoftwareandMicrosoftOfficeapplications,particularlyExcel.
- Effectivecommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbal.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelyinateam.
- Highlevelofintegrityandcommitmenttomaintainingconfidentiality.
- Knowledgeofrelevantfinancialregulationsandcompliancerequirementsisaplus.
