Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and revenue
• Create and manage email marketing calendar, including planning, scheduling, and optimization of campaigns
• Segment email lists based on engagement and other criteria to ensure targeted and effective campaigns
• Design and implement A/B tests to optimize email performance
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling email content and templates
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and industry trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing
