Director, Lahore Office, the incumbentwill oversee strategy, drive
business growth, enhance client relationships, and lead the Lahore
team.

The Savills Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented leader with a background in finance, consulting, investment banking or private equity to head our Lahore Office. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and day-to-day management of our Lahore team. You will spearhead business development efforts, oversee financial performance (P&L), drive sales and revenue growth, and foster a high-performing team culture.
Responsibilities
- Financial Analyses: Conduct and oversee financial, valuation and qualitative analyses, conduct due diligence on new opportunities; preparing and presenting materials relating to the identification of new opportunities, business plans, feasibility studies, industry trends, and economic insights
- Business Growth: identifying real estate opportunities for growth, improving the business, and leading initiatives to resolve issues and grow the overall performance of the organization
- Client Management: developing strong client relationships, acting as the client's single point of contact throughout the project, and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded. It also includes maintaining contact with existing and prospective clients and responding to business development and sales opportunities. Obsessing with client satisfaction at every stage of the project
- Leadership: providing strategic leadership, mentorship and operational oversight of the Lahore team, and contributing ideas and opportunities to the national leadership team
Qualifications:
- Experienced leader: Someone with at least 12 years of experience in real estate advisory, management consulting, private equity or investment banking. Some experience in real estate transactions is a big plus
- Client skills: Excellent relationship management and business development skills. A candidate with a strong corporate network in Punjab is highly desirable
- Team leader: Someone who can lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Education: A degree from a foreign university or a top local university in Pakistan
