We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Here's a breakdown of what we're looking for:
Responsibilities:
- Craft a comprehensive roadmap and execute digital marketing campaigns spanning SEO, SEM, SMO, SMM, affiliate, and email advertising.
- Develop SEO, Social Media, and PPC strategies, offering consultation to clients and executing plans across all marketing channels.
- Manage social media channels and identify new avenues to engage with our target audience effectively.
- Build and lead a digital marketing team to drive successful client engagements.
- Communicate project development, timelines, and results to the team and management.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Analyze digital data to derive key recommendations for website optimization and conduct social media audits to ensure best practices.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Stay updated on current search engine news, trends, SEO practices, and emerging topics of interest.
- Develop and manage all published content (images, newsletters, video, and written) to reach the company's target customers.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Seasoned marketing professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, online marketing tools, SEO practices, and techniques.
- Expertise in digital marketing techniques including SEO, SMM, SEM, SMO, as well as proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing digital marketing campaigns, particularly within the IT niche.
- Excellent written, oral, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and deliver projects on time.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads are a must.
