We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing and a proven track record of successfully managing Google and Meta (formerly Facebook) Ads campaigns . As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various online platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and conversions.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, targeting, bidding, and performance optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for our digital marketing efforts.
- Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and advertising policies to ensure compliance and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content marketing and paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
