We are an innovative and technology focused business within the Education sector and are looking for a highly ambitious and motivated Digital Marketing Freelancer.
You will be part of a growing technology driven enterprise that is creating a global education platform for students and teachers to connect seamlessly. We are seeking a sharp individual that understands and appreciates technology, and encompasses good business acumen and corporate skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Websites: Developing and maintaining company website copy.
- Google Analytics - Reporting, analysing and interpreting statistical web data.
- SEO - Developing strategies to increase the number of visitors to the websites. Identify, implement and evaluate content, promotion, engagement and conversion strategies to maximise growth.
- PPC - Initiating & monitoring sponsored online advertising to appear alongside organic results. Analyse key metrics and tweak strategies as needed
- Social Media – Managing all social media accounts and social paid ads.
- PR – Managing PR and Media relations, contacting influencers.
- E-Newsletters – Managing weekly newsletter campaigns (html)
- Graphic Design – working on both digital and other marketing materials
- Photography - Managing an ongoing image bank, editing images for use on all digital platforms.
- Blog – Managing and writing content for our blog.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Google Analytics, PPC, SEO tools
- WordPress, Mailchimp
The candidate we are looking for needs to have:
- 2 years experience in a digital marketing role and working with social media
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Understanding of SEO techniques
- The capacity to prioritise whilst working across multiple projects.
- A keen interest in new technologies / software and changing online platforms.
