Full Job Description

As a Mid-Level Data Analyst embedded in the product team at Oraan, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data, generating insights, discovering trends, and managing data infrastructure and data warehousing to support product development initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract valuable information from data sets, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the overall success of our products.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the product team to understand business objectives and data requirements for product development.

Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends that inform product strategy.

Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize product features and user experience.

Identify key metrics and KPIs to track product performance and measure success.

Manage data infrastructure and data warehousing to ensure efficient storage, processing, and management of data within the organization.

Assist in data quality assurance processes and ensure data integrity across systems.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Entry Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, preferably within a product development environment.

Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Excel, Tableau, or other data analysis tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with A/B testing, data visualization, statistical analysis techniques.

Proven track record of contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.
