As a Customer Service Specialist, your role is pivotal in ensuring positive interactions between a company and its customers. Here's an overview of typical responsibilities and skills associated with this role:

- Engage with customers via telephone to identify and resolve their issues.

- Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, account inquiries, booking status.

- Collaborate with the UK team and provide updates on customer interactions and efforts.
