Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Start-up and commissioning of Power and Monitoring systems.
- Performing Preventive maintenance on site for customers in the North.
- Troubleshooting different onsite issues.
- Support different customers onsite in the North region.
- Email and on-phone support wherever required.
- Customer site support if
and when required as per required response and resolution set in SLA
(contract).
Background / Experience Required:
- The resource should have good knowledge of Power UPS and associated systems and good grip on monitoring systems.
- With hands-on experience of around 3-4 years, Vertiv experience will be very much preferred.
- Should be very good in communication skills and a proactive approach to addressing the issues.
- Capable to work in a challenging atmosphere.
