Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Start-up and commissioning of Power and Monitoring systems.
• Performing Preventive maintenance on site for customers in the North.
• Troubleshooting different onsite issues.
• Support different customers onsite in the North region.
• Email and on-phone support wherever required.
• Customer site support if and when required as per required response and resolution set in SLA (contract).
  

Background / Experience Required:

• The resource should have good knowledge of Power UPS and associated systems and good grip on monitoring systems.
• With hands-on experience of around 3-4 years, Vertiv experience will be very much preferred.
• Should be very good in communication skills and a proactive approach to addressing the issues.
• Capable to work in a challenging atmosphere.
