• Education required:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
• End Date: 29-04-2024

• Develop and execute a strategic communication plan to enhance the company's brand image and reputation
• Develop and manage internal communication strategies and create brand guidelines in collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all departments
• Design and implement NCL’s digital and social media strategy; oversee website design and functionality, social media accounts’ design, publish engaging content, communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, monitor reviews and track analytics
• Create consistent and impactful content for various communication channels, including press releases, corporate presentations, newsletters, blog posts, and internal newsletters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide communication support for various initiatives, such as product launches, corporate announcements, and crisis management
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives using various analytics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement to leadership team
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market

• Strong working knowledge of communications technologies and proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts
• Outstanding content creation abilities with impeccable copywriting and copy-editing abilities
