Role

• Review progress against card product, operations & technical roadmap in close coordination with the Head of cards
• Lead the execution of the various Mastercard defined projects
• Ongoing review of progress and benchmarking against market performance, leveraging existing resources & tools
• Coordinate with Client, Mastercard and external technical stakeholders to resolves issues on expedited basis, as and when required
• Identify issues and risks, and escalate such issues and risks to the appropriate teams, when required
• Work closely with Product, IT, business, and cross-functional team to resolve issues
• Ensure activities are performed in accordance with the program/project & technical plans roadmap
• Drive improved Client satisfaction through faster response to queries and fast-track implementation of priority initiatives
• Provide full project management documentation and tracking of timelines and deliverables for on-going Mastercard projects
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis on behalf of the Head of cards and Mastercard Account Manager
• Support in achieving compliance with Mastercard’s mandates
• Provide regular status updates to Client’s management on Mastercard on-going projects, through:
• Progress update meetings
• Steering committee meetings
• Regular reporting on progress status
• The exact and actual activity to be conducted by the expert resource in this engagement is subject to the guidance of Client and can be modified as required.

Qualifications/ expectations required:

• Relevant experience in card business (required)
• Proven project management and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
• Strong team player, results driven and high level of energy & initiative
• People management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Urdu.
