Develop & manage Brand Operations, Consumer Research and Brand Strategy for Telenor Microfinance Bank/easypaisa
Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns
- Lead the creative journey for all marketing campaigns from conceptualization to TVC production, ensuring seamless communication that resonates with our audience.
- Drive the development and execution of impactful campaigns, overseeing every detail from ideation to TVC production, to deliver a cohesive and resonant brand message.
Brand Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand saliency and maximize market impact.
- Conduct brand health tracking exercises to gain insights into brand equity and core consumer targets.
- Advocate for customers by translating research findings into actionable strategies to improve customer experiences and drive brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Business, Product, Channels, and Trade Marketing, to ensure alignment between marketing collaterals, product management, and business growth KPIs.
Digital Strategy and Content Management
- Develop and lead a highly successful digital content strategy for all social platforms, focusing on organic growth, visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
- Curate innovative and new creative digital growth strategies. Evaluated end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Manage social media platforms to optimize performance marketing, creative optimization, and achieve effective CTR, PCR, and new acquisitions.
- Utilize user-generated content and trending videos to create authentic and relatable content, resulting in organic growth.
Agency Relationship and Management
- Foster strong relationships with external agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of projects.
- Lead day-to-day agency project and timeline management.
- Develop creative briefs to provide focused direction to agency partners, scaling and activating campaigns that build brand equity and deliver results.
Brand Research & Consumer Advocacy
- Gain a deep understanding of competitor strategies and executions at customer touchpoints, retail, and online channels.
- Assist in designing and developing relevant market research exercises for ongoing brand health tracking.
Integrated Marketing Communication
- Steer the planning on major campaigns for rollout on media (TV, Radio, OOH), Digital & Trade (include briefing teams & ensuring timely release of material)
- Successful communication strategies across media touchpoints for 360-degree campaigns. Align messaging across online and offline channels for a consistent brand experience.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Collaborating with cross functional teams (Growth, Business, Product, Channels, Trade Marketing etc.) to ensure a holistic approach to marketing that resonates with the audience ensuring synergies.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
Qualifications
- MBA/Masters/Bachelors in Marketing/Brands
- 4-5 Years of relevant work experience
