RAAST SOLUTIONS is looking for a SALE EXECUTIVE, SALES CLOSER, SALES ASSOCIATE, SALES SPECIALIST, ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT) within the Operations department who shall assist our U.S or AUSTRALIA - based client’s customers with their queries/concerns and provide an accurate resolution to customers as per the defined processes via call (OUTBOUND / COLD CALLING).

We are looking for people who have experience in dealing with international customers. Candidate must have Good Communication Skills (ENGLISH) and having the ability to work in Night Shift. Good Listening & Speaking Skills.

Job Timing:

SHIFT ONE (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

SHIFT TWO (3:00 AM to 12:00PM)

Job Responsibilities:

· Reach out to prospects through cold calling.

· Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospects.

· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

· Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

· Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

· Continuously improve through feedback.

· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Minimum 1- 2 years of Sales/ BPO Industry/ Call Center experience required.

· Excellent written and verbal (US accent) communication skills.

· Experience working in US and Australian clients/markets.

· Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Salary Package & Benefits:

· The Salary Package is PKR 40,000 to 200,000 per month
