The role reports directly to the Manager QA - JazzCash with an extended team of 08 team members

What Associate QA does?

Quality assurance associate is a bridge between JazzCash Technology & Business Partners who ensures compliance to CC policies and procedures by auditing customer’s conversation (voice and non-voice) reaching through all available CC touch points. Responsible for monitoring and proposing corrective measures to improve cross functional processes, enabling better customer experience and eliminating inefficiencies.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Associate QA?

• We are looking for someone who has limited to educational experience in QA, software operations.
• Computer/Telecommunications Degree
• Should have software development experience in any of high-level programming languages.
• Should well verse with Microsoft Office
• Good verbal/written English communication and interpersonal skills and should have the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a effective way.
• Must have customer experience enhancement skills and techniques to do so.
• Should be good team player and should have intermediate IQ skills
• Know-how of Fintech/telecom industry with a knowledge of QA and operations management.
