Assistant Manager / Associate - IT Governance, Risk & Compliance

Full Job Description

Job Role & Requirements:

• Assist in the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks and policies.
• Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with overall business objectives.
• Identify and assess IT-related risks to the organization's assets, data, and systems.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and plans.
• Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and address identified risks.
• Ensure that IT policies and procedures comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and update compliance programs accordingly.
• Assist in change initiatives, communicate effectively with stakeholders, address resistance, and ensure smooth transitions to minimize disruptions and maximize adoption.
• Assist in the technical management of user access to the organization's systems, applications, and data.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT Governance related field: 5 years (Preferred)
