Area Sales Manager

Full Job Description

A leading Health Care Solutions Provider Company has immediate requirement of Area Sales Manager in Multan.

• Achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets within agreed timelines
• Stock/expiry monitoring at institutional, customer, and distributor levels
• Implementation of marketing strategies and plans
• Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography or Pakistan market
• Building & maintaining strong & credible relationships with the c-suite of the respective customers
• Visiting clinics, hospitals, and other institutes to collect market feedback and build product advocacy to develop sales
• Continuously improve product, market knowledge, and promotion skills through self-reading and attending all relevant trainings assigned by the Management
• Effective & productive database sales call
• Corporate image building with ethics and behavior
• In-depth knowledge of customers and large account profiles of their territory & update when required.
• Maintaining existing large accounts
• Regular reporting on day-to-day activities
• Additional tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

• University degree (in science or a Marketing degree with an aptitude for medical/technical information.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Understanding of the medical device industry.
• Medical device product knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Pharma & Medical Equipment experiences only.
