SM Foods is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our administrative department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team, streamlining processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the entire office.
Responsibilities:
· Manage a team of administrative staff
· Plan, develop, and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures.
· Oversee office operations, including budgeting, inventory control, and space management.
· Provide support to executives and senior management by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
· Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
· Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment for staff and visitors.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records and databases.
· Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
· Keep strong liaison with legal & other bodies including but not limited to MDA, WASA, MEPCO, SNGPL, PTCL, Police, Fire Brigade, 1122 Emergency, Building & Land Department, and Labor Department, EPD, PESSI, EOBI & others.
· Ensure strict checks on un-authorized intrusion, theft, robbery, crimes
· Control support staff & gate clerks in terms of their task allocation & deputation
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative management role.
· Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
